Luxury at the Back Bay’s Mandarin Oriental

This week we’re taking a look at some of the large luxury developments in downtown neighborhoods.

In the Back Bay, we’ve got the Residences at the Mandarin Oriental.  Pre-construction prices are between $3 million and $12 million. Being developed by Stephen R. Weiner of CWB, these units are adjacent to the 168-room 5 star hotel on Boylston Street, located near Copley Place and Newbury Street.
